Make the Calls 

As soon as you are assigned with a classroom make the necessary calls to the teachers or the technicians. In case, you have to go to a specific place to conduct the class online or offline, get all the information. The purpose of this is to get all the information in hand. 

Check the Emails 

When you are assigned a class, you will receive a few emails. It can be from the teacher who had taken the previous class or students. You can receive any instruction regarding the class in the mail too.

Before and during a learning session, try to maintain a to-do list. This list will help the educators not to miss any event during and after the class.
