2Is registration free?

Yes, registration or signup is completely free for all tutors, students and institutes. And we do welcome those members who are signing up for their genuine requirements.

3Why I'm not getting any activation mail, enquiry or promotional mails from MPT?

First, please verify your registered email ID with our Customer Support Executive and Then activate and check your spam/junk mail folder in your mail box.

Note:

When calling to our customer support number, please provide your MPT code (KATXXXX, KASXXXX , KAC)XXXX to our customer support executive for faster service.

Important:

If you are a Gmail user and receiving MPT emails in "Promotions" tab. We request you to drag and drop the My Private Tutor messages to "Primary" tab then click "yes" when it asks if you want to do that for all of our messages.

4What will happen if I forget my password and registered email id?

If you've forgot your MPT login password, then go to login page:

  • Click "Forgot Password?" in the respective Student Login or Tutor Login or Institute Login page.
  • Provide registered email ID in the appropriate field and submit request
  • Check your mail box for recovered password mail

If you've forgot both password and user email id, then:

  • Mail your user id and password recovery request to info@kuwaittutor.com mentioning your Name, profile ID (KAT XXXX, KAS XXXX or KAC XXXX) and registered mobile number.

5How can I check subscription details?

We request you to check subscription details minutely, before selecting your respective subscription package.

  • To check subscription details and pricing please login to your account and click on the link “Upgrade Membership” generally found at the header part of your account dashboard.

6How much time it'll take to upgrade as premium member, if I make payment by money transfer?

If you are not able to pay by credit or debit card using Paypal, you can transfer payment to our following bank account:

Once you transfer the money please send scan copy or take a photo of the receipt and send to support@kuwaittutor.com. It takes around 1-3 banking days to reflect a payment. So profile will be upgraded after successful transfer and realisation of payment in our bank account.

1How to post learning requirement or request a tutor?

2When can I get reply from tutors and institutes?

After submitting request, your requirements will be forwarded to our pool of tutors matching categories, subjects and nearby area. This process may take 1-24 hours to complete, so please keep patience and co-operate with us.

You may start getting emails or calls from tutors based on your privacy settings. If you want to maintain your requirement private and only want to contact tutors of your preferences you can purchase details of 25 tutor contacts for USD 30 only.

3As a free member, can I get any tutor or tutorial centre’s details?

Yes - When you submit your learning requirements with us we will load your account with 25 contacts which you can use to see contact details of any tutors and institutes.

Our Premium Tutors and Institutes can also your contact details based on your privacy settings. If you need more tutor contacts or maintain your requirement private and only want to contact tutors of your preferences you can purchase another details of 25 tutor contacts for USD 30 only.

4What will be the tuition fees of the tutors?

We can understand your concern. But according to our business policy we only provide the tutors' details and do not fix any tuition fees on behalf of any tutor and do not charge any commission from tuition fees.

5Does MPT provide or organise any demo class?

Sorry users! We do not provide or organise any demo class for students, tutors or tutorial centers.

6How to search a tutor and tutorial center/coaching classes?

On top of MyPrivateTutor, there is a search option. So, please put your requirement and click the 'Search' button to show results.

7Without registration, can I send message to my preferred tutor?

Yes, without registration or being a non-registered member (student) you can also send messages or tuition requirements to your preferred tutors or tutorial centers. However we cannot guarantee that you will surely get reply from them or it may also happen that you get many calls during short period of time.

8Are tutors and tutorial centers registered on MPT verified?

MPT does verify email and contact number of all tutors or institutes profile so there is less chance for students' disappointment. We also encourage our members to upload their educational certificates to better their profile. However we cannot guarantee tutoring expertise and their style of approach as there is no face to face verification process.

Note: MPT will not be responsible if any member (students, tutors and tutorial centers) changes their details (i.e. mobile number, email ID, address etc.) without updating their MPT profiles or informing us.

9Can I view all tutor contact details after becoming a premium member?

When you submit your learning requirements with us we will load your account with 25 free contacts which you can use to see contact details of any tutors and institutes.

Our Premium Tutors and Institutes can also your contact details based on your privacy settings. If you need more tutor contacts or maintain your requirement private and only want to contact tutors of your preferences you can purchase another details of 25 tutor contacts for USD 30 only.

10Is there any money back guarantee if I do not get any tutor details from MPT?

Money back guarantee is not possible due to nature of services we are providing. However we always help our students in all possible ways so that they can get their desired tutors. We generally adjust tutor contacts count number if any tutor or institute details are found to be wrong and fake or not in working condition.

Do send us mail at support@kuwaittutor.com and we will investigate the issue and adjust tutor contacts count.

1 How to register as a Tutor in MyPrivateTutor?

2When can I access my account after registration?

After registration, your tutor profile will be verified and will be activated by our admin team. We will send an activation mail once the steps are done. The entire process can take 24-48 hours to complete, so please keep patience and co-operate with us.

3How do I get email verification code and verify my account?

After completion of tutor registration process, on your 1st login attempt, you’ll be asked to verify your email address. This is important, so please follow these below mentioned steps for successful verification.
  • Then click ‘Get Verification Code
  • You’ll receive a mail with a verification code.
  • Put that verification code in the appropriate field and submit to complete email verification process

4As a free member, can I get any enquiry?

Yes, as a Basic member you can get limited tuition enquiry notifications depending upon the availability. Based on your profile students can send you message, send callback requests. However to view any tuition leads directly you need to subscribe with our Premium Membership or buy Tuition Connects.

5Do I need to pay to receive contacts of students and avail other services?

Yes - to view any tuition leads directly you need to subscribe with our Premium Membership or buy Tuition Connects. You can also buy Text Box ads to display your ad with contact number on the Sidebar of our Tutor Listing page and get direct student enquiries.

6What are the benefits of Premium Membership subscription?

As a premium member, you can enjoy these following benefits:

7Can I get tuition enquiries in my email?

Yes, with premium subscription you will get real time email notification of all tuitions leads posted matching your categories, subjects and area selected.

8Is it mandatory to upload copy of last educational certificate?

It is not mandatory to upload your educational certificates scanned copy but to increase your profile authenticity we encourage all members to do the same. You can upload copy of your certificate and address proof and for a small fees can add “Profile Verified” badge with your listing.

Note:

We do respect your privacy and do not share any data with any 3rd party.

9Is it necessary to upload my educational certificate?

You should display your latest educational certificate’s copy with your tutor profile (but it is not mandatory). Your latest certificates will add more value to your profile and it’ll become more authentic and acceptable to the students.

10Is it necessary to provide complete address for home tutor?

Yes, it is necessary to provide complete address for the home tutors, but not mandatory.

11How do I get students from my preferred location?

To get tuition leads from your preferred areas please check following steps:
  • Login to your tutor profile (Click here to login)
  • Check the first tab “Categories & Areas”
  • Click on the link “Edit Areas” and add all preferred locations

12Where can I find Tuition Jobs in My Account?

Login to your account and check for “Tuition Jobs” tab on the left sidebar. Under these tab you will see links for all Tuition Jobs, Premium Leads and Institute Job notifications.

13Can I change my location and category or segments after registration?

We are sorry, but we can’t allow you to change your address location and segment or category after registration. So at the time of registration please enter your details (including location and segment) carefully.

14Can I register as an Online Tutor?

Yes, you can register as an online tutor and approach our students for online lessons.

Please note that MyPrivateTutor only provides online tuition enquiries and does not organise any online room or whiteboard facility.

15Can I organize Group classes through MyPrivateTutor?

Yes - you can add and sell all your group classes, live classroom and online courses. We will handle all booking and enquiries and inform you once a booking has been made. We charge only 20% of course fees as commission to cover payment gateway and handling charges. After successful completion of the courses money will be transferred to your Paypal Account only.
To add a class, please follow steps below:
  • Login to your account (Click here to login)
  • On the left sidebar check “Courses & Classes” tab
  • Click on “Add a Course” and fill up all details

16Is there any money back guarantee if I do not get any tuition details?

We can understand your concern and give you assurance about the availability of tuition enquiries from your selected location, segments and subjects. Generally we do not refund fees but can always help to get more tuition leads. Before choosing a subscription plan please read MPT Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

17Can I pay subscription amount after getting prospective students?

We can understand your concern. But you are only eligible to get students’ contact details after choosing your suitable subscription.

18How many enquiries will I get after paying subscription?

During subscription time period (say for 1 month, 3 months or 12 months) you’ll get all available tuition enquiries from your selected location, segments and subjects. The total number of tuition enquiry may vary depending upon the availability.

19Is there any limit to get daily enquiries?

There is no daily quota of getting tuition enquiries and the daily number of tuition enquiry may vary depending upon the available tuitions in selected location, segments and subjects.

20Do I need to pay any commission from my tuition fees?

We do not claim any type of commission from your tuition fees which has been received from student directly. So you need not to pay anything except the premium subscription fees or tuition connect fees.

However if you sell group classes and courses in MyPrivateTutor and if any customer books it through our platform by making payment through Paypal, then we charge only 20% of course fees as commission to cover payment gateway and handling charges. After successful completion of the courses money will be transferred to your Paypal Account only.

21Interview with MyPrivateTutor

If you are interested to go through a formal interview session about your touring experiences, we would forward you a questionnaire regarding your subject skills, teaching methods, ability and opinion on your subject expertise. You could send us the detailed answers via email or we can fix up Skype interview and publish this interview in our blog or newsletter. This service is available for premium members only however MyPrivateTutor reserves the right to fix up interview with any member.

All institutes or tutorial centers can register in just 3 easy steps. Please Click here to Sign up and follow on-screen instructions.

If the tutorial center has other branches in different location then you need to register for separate profile under specific location/city.

2When can I access my account after registration?

After registration, your institute profile will be verified and will be activated by our admin tea. We will send an activation mail once the steps are done. The entire process can take 24-48 hours to complete, so please keep patience and co-operate with us.
